Whilst many items are in stock and will be posted within 1-3 working days of receiving your order, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. For gold and heavier silver items, please allow up to 3 weeks as these items are required by law to be sent for hallmarking.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept returns of unworn items in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. You can either exchange for another item or receive a gift voucher for the original amount. Please retain your proof of postage as Suzi Lee Jewellery cannot be responsible for any return items that are lost or damaged.

Return postage and packaging costs are non refundable.

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives faulty, please contact us immediately and we will do our very best to rectify any problem as soon as possible.
